What material do y'all use to close in the holes left from removing headlights? Mine are kinda curved and it makes it hard to bend/fold the metal to get it to fit good. I've tried snipping it to get it to round out but still looks like sh*t.

Yeah I saw that on your car. I have the headlight holes covered in the car I'm driving now and I didn't do a very good job. I have no problems keeping the engine cool. My fan is on a switch and most of the time I don't have to use it. I want to "clean up" the nose. To me on the Cavaliers they look better with them covered.

We often use coroplast, it cuts easily and bends. we rivot in. Can paint it,we sometimes decal our number there or can even buy decals that look like the oem headlights but very pricey.
